They may often be used by, and in many cases, coined by other experts and academics working in the new business growth and innovation strategy domain. Project Version

A specific version of a Project. Versions can be used to keep a historical record of the project at different pints in time, like at each Stage Gate decision point, or representing variations of the strategy hypothesis.

Sensitivity Analysis
Growth Forge Specific

Systematic analysis of the relative impact of each Uncertainty Assumption across its range on a key output of the model such as potential revenue, gross margin, net income, or NPV. Used to prioritize uncertainties for validation.
