
Stephen is a serial intrapreneur, inventor, investor, seasoned operations manager and expert in corporate strategy & innovation programs. Stephen spent most of his career as a change agent driving breakthroughs across a wide spectrum of disciplines including engineering, user experience design, operations, and corporate incubation.
As a serial intrapreneur, he spent time both leading ventures and as an investment director where he mentored venture leads and developed innovative approaches to new business incubation at Intel Corporation.
Currently, he has ventured out on his own as an entrepreneur and co-founder of 12 Bridges Inc. while continuing to consult on corporate incubation as part of his consulting company BRI Associates.

Jim is a technology business leader with over 30 years of experience in new product and new business development. Prior to co-founding BRI, he spent almost two decades in Intel’s New Business Initiatives group. As an Investment Director there, he shaped and managed a portfolio of new business ventures for Intel as well as continuously improved the effectiveness of the overall new business incubation process. He also served several years as a “serial intrapreneur,” as the founder and general manager of several internal new business ventures including location-based gaming service platform, Intel’s first wireless digital media adapters, embedded media processors for digital TVs, and image sensors/processors & embedded camera modules for mobile and machine vision applications.
As a Director of Strategy and New Business Development in Intel’s Mobile and Communications Group, Jim lead the development of software and service strategy, architecture and new technologies to enable new customer segments and business model innovation within the mobile market. He also served in Intel’s Internet and Communications Group in capacities ranging from marketing communications to product and product line management for such products as network application servers, highly integrated Internet servers, and wide area networking and Internet access router systems.

Manoj Agnihotri is a Senior Director and General Manager with 25+ years of experience building global AI and cloud platform organizations at Intel, Amazon AWS, and VC-backed startups. At Intel, most recently as Senior Director leading a global organization of 40+ AI solution engineers and managers, he drove 300+ customer AI design wins contributing to $1B+ in revenue and enabled 100+ partners across Agentic AI, Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Classical ML. At AWS, he took the AWS Storage Gateway service from concept to market in 9 months, now a core AWS product serving enterprise customers globally.
At BRI Associates, Manoj serves as Chief AI Advisor, supporting the AI integration strategy for the Growth Forge innovation management SaaS platform. He holds an MS in Management of Science & Technology (MST) from Oregon Graduate Institute, a business-and-technology leadership program designed for technical executives, and dual BS degrees in Computer Science and Physics from the University of Mumbai.
