Two New Tools added to the Growth Forge® Software Suite
The Growth Forge Suite of product strategy modeling and innovation tools has been updated to include two new tools focused on helping users better understand and capture customers' challenges and unmet needs as well as testing their product solution hypotheses with customers.
What problems do you customers have that are worth solving?

Those are critical areas of questioning and understand for any new product or business. Answering them are an important first step in your journey to develop a new product. These tools allow users to:
- Create & modify custom interview scripts
- Plan interviews & track their progress
- Capture and analysis the results
The Problem Interview Tool focuses on helping you discover, understand, and prioritize your customers' problems, challenges, or unmet needs. The Solution Interview Tool focuses on helping user test if and how well their solution hypothesis addresses customer needs or problems.
Each tool includes a baseline script as a starting point, but users can create and save variant scripts with questions specific their project or create completely custom scripts from scratch.
Building More Robust Product Requirements & Solution Planning
These tools are the first in a series of updates that we are business working on to build out a more robust set of tools and capabilities in the Growth Forge Software suite to support startups, small businesses, and individual product teams within larger organizations. Several more tools are under development for release later this year.
